This document provides information about Any Car Group, the products we offer, the services we will provide, what we charge for our services, who regulates us, what to do if you have a complaint, and details about the Financial Services Compensation scheme.

The services we provide

We provide access to leasing and rental contracts for a wide range of cars and commercial vehicles, including Vans and Pick-up trucks. We will provide you with details on the most suitable leasing or rental product to suit your circumstances, preferences and requirements. In assessing your requirements, we will need to seek and obtain information about you and your circumstances that are relevant to you and your application. It is important that you provide us with information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, so we may recommend and match the most suitable vehicle and product that can be obtained.

The products we use

As a Financial Conduct Authority-regulated credit broker, we may introduce you to and arrange products from a number of carefully selected funders who provide leasing finance and rental contracts. We provide Non-Status leasing and rental contracts, primarily for private individuals with a poor credit history and businesses without a track record. Non-Status also has flexible options for all categories of applicants. We provide Mainstream leasing contracts which are primarily for private individuals with a good credit history and established businesses. We do not provide insurance products.

Do we charge for our services

We charge a £195+vat (£234) processing fee for our services on our mainstream (good credit) leasing contracts (personal & business). We do not charge a fee on any of our contracts if your application is declined by our funders. There is a fee payable on our non-status (inc poor credit) contracts once we have obtained approval for the vehicle you require. The amount of the non-status fee will depend on the vehicle and contract. Full details are provided to you within the quotation and order form prior to you entering into any contractual commitment. You are provided with the quotation and order form as a matter of course and accompanying this document in most instances. We are a commission and fee-based organization which means we may receive a payment from the finance provider should you decide to enter into an agreement for a vehicle through us. These fees are variable or pre-set dependent on the product. We will provide you with details of the commission relating to your application on request. This request should be in writing. If you cancel your application, a cancellation fee may be payable. How much would depend on the contract. The amount is detailed within the terms and conditions of the order form.

Confidentiality and data protection

As part of the process of obtaining funding for your vehicle, we will need to pass your details on to one or more finance companies/funders/car dealers etc. This may include credit searches. We will not undertake any credit search until you have agreed to proceed with a specific model/contract. We will not use your information to pass on to a third party unless you have provided us with prior information and authority to do so. All our calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
